This virtual 1-2-1 meeting platform is a quick and easy way to book meetings.
Below is an easy guide on the process of registering for this event.
1) Registration
- Register via the green "Register now" button
2) Create a company profile
Your profile should describe who you are, and what the company does.
3) Select the days and timeslots you are available
4) Wait for your registration to be approved
5) Add your product/service details
You will receive email confirmation that your profile has been approved.
At this point you can log in and add more information on the marketplace about your products/services, add brochures, images and web links.
6) Book meeting requests
View participants and send meeting requests to relevant buyers/suppliers. Ensure to add why you are interested in a meeting.
Buyers/Suppliers will accept the meeting request (if applicable), which will be scheduled automatically based on the availability you selected upon registering.
Booking rules
- UK companies can only book meetings with US companies and vice versa
- Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted to be scheduled
- You can book 4 meetings across the duration of the event
7) Your 1-2-1 schedule
- Shortly before the event you will receive your meeting schedule by email.
